The Tax Analyst will support tax product accuracy, expand e-file capabilities, and ensure compliance with tax regulations through data analysis.

Lead end-to-end product design across consumer, B2B2C, and internal tools. Drive design strategy, research, usability testing, and pixel-perfect execution. Partner with Product, Engineering, Tax Analysts, and Marketing to prioritize work, measure impact against business objectives, and grow design function.

Provide first-line tax support to US taxpayers: respond to inbound inquiries, prioritize escalations, liaise with partners, monitor tax workflows, and collaborate with tax, product, and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve the customer tax experience.
