As a VIP Account Manager, you'll manage VIP player relationships, provide support via various channels, resolve inquiries, and enhance player retention through promotions and initiatives.

Serve as ARB's Data Privacy Officer: develop and run the privacy program, ensure compliance with GDPR/CCPA and gaming regulations, lead incident response and DPIAs, manage vendor compliance, advise product and leadership on privacy-by-design, and act as primary regulator liaison.

As a Player Development Specialist, you will provide exceptional support to Players and VIPs, resolving issues, sharing insights, and enhancing their overall experience.
