Experienced Data Scientist supporting federal data-driven initiatives through statistical analysis, predictive modeling, machine learning, data preparation, visualization, dashboards, and actionable insights. Develop and maintain enterprise geospatial applications, web GIS interfaces, dashboards, workflows, APIs, and integrations in a federal environment. Support ArcGIS Enterprise and Server solutions, geospatial visualization and data management, testing, troubleshooting, deployment, performance tuning, documentation, cybersecurity requirements, user support, and training. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, GIS, data, and program teams to meet DHS IT requirements.

Administer and optimize ArcGIS Enterprise environments, including geospatial services, datasets, upgrades, monitoring, performance tuning, automation, and cloud modernization. The role supports ArcGIS Enterprise on Amazon EKS, automates service publication and data workflows, conducts load testing and capacity planning, troubleshoots platform issues, and maintains technical and change-management documentation in a federal government environment.

Provides Tier 2/3 technical support across enterprise applications, infrastructure, networks, integrations, and hybrid environments. Troubleshoots complex incidents, manages ServiceNow tickets, supports deployments and changes, performs root-cause and trend analysis, maintains technical documentation, and contributes to operational reporting, SLA tracking, and service improvements.

Designs, configures, troubleshoots, and optimizes secure network connectivity across cloud, hybrid, on-premises, and legacy environments. Monitors network performance, resolves incidents, supports controlled infrastructure changes, maintains technical documentation, and prepares operational reporting. The role also supports resilient cloud integration, security controls, service restoration, root-cause analysis, and formal IT service-management processes.

Design, develop, and maintain geospatial system architectures, ensuring compliance with federal standards while optimizing GIS applications and data infrastructure.

The GIS Project Manager will oversee DHS initiatives, manage geospatial and IT project delivery, and facilitate collaboration across teams.
