Manage and prioritize support tickets from casino operators; diagnose application, system, and data issues via logs, database queries, and code tracing; implement fixes or escalate with clear findings; coordinate with engineering on patches; build and maintain a knowledge base and documentation; communicate status and resolutions to customers.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs: translate strategy into delivery plans, establish governance and metrics, manage risks/dependencies, drive decisions and stakeholder alignment, maintain reporting and dashboards, and mentor junior team members to improve delivery practices.

Build and maintain end-to-end frontend and backend features for gaming systems. Develop responsive React interfaces, backend services in Node.js and Python, integrate APIs and data sources, manage databases, write tested production-grade code, identify and fix performance/reliability issues, participate in design discussions and code reviews, and collaborate with product and data teams.
