The Data Analyst will develop and enhance business intelligence solutions, providing actionable insights through data analysis and reporting, while collaborating with business teams.

Manage and prioritize support tickets from casino operators; diagnose application, system, and data issues via logs, database queries, and code tracing; implement fixes or escalate with clear findings; coordinate with engineering on patches; build and maintain a knowledge base and documentation; communicate status and resolutions to customers.

Design and evolve enterprise data architecture and standards, produce technical artifacts, build conceptual/logical/physical models, define integration patterns and data contracts, ensure data quality/lineage/governance, perform profiling, and mentor teams to align data structures with business needs.
