The Process Engineer II provides engineering support for manufacturing, initiates process improvements, ensures SOP adherence, and collaborates on new product launches.

Lead quality engineering for new product development and transfer to manufacturing. Develop and approve validation, qualification, and test methods; troubleshoot inspection and laboratory equipment; perform audits, CAPA investigations, risk management (FMEA), and sampling plans; ensure regulatory and quality system compliance across manufacturing. Serve as technical resource for inspection, metrology, and product verification and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement.

Support daily shipping and receiving operations for medical devices, including order quality review, inventory management, SAP data entry, carrier coordination, RMA handling, cycle counts, and FDA compliance support. Perform general warehouse tasks, customer communication, and assist team functions with minimal supervision.

The Final Assembly Technician I assembles and inspects heart valve components in a cleanroom, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.

Inspect, test, and assemble On-X mechanical heart valve components in a cleanroom. Perform visual and dimensional inspections using microscopes and measuring tools, run functional tests (leak, proof, peel), operate furnaces and sealing/press equipment, clean and package product, and document results per procedures and regulatory requirements.

The technician assembles and inspects heart valves in a cleanroom, follows standards, maintains records, and ensures quality throughout production.
