Install, assemble, calibrate and qualify ASML lithography machines at customer sites. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, follow strict procedures, complete documentation, support customers, and train/assist less experienced staff. Work primarily in cleanrooms and travel frequently to customer fabs.

Lead technical execution for assigned lithography/metrology platforms during NPI, pilot-line, and ramp-to-volume. Build customer relationships, drive experiments and data-driven optimization (YieldStar, scanner performance), analyze large datasets to improve yield, influence product/configuration changes, deliver technical presentations, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating across ASML and customer teams.

Lead and scale a local Applications Engineering organization to support NPI, pilot-line execution, and ramp-to-volume for an advanced-node customer. Own team hiring, performance, strategy translation, cross-functional alignment, tool qualification, wafer introduction, and customer relationships to meet yield, availability, and timeline targets.
