Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers while driving customer retention, account growth, satisfaction, and health metrics. Coach team members, support renewals and expansion opportunities, manage escalations, improve customer success processes, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing. The role also contributes to strategic initiatives, customer-facing resources, onboarding, business reviews, and scalable playbooks.

Provides technical and customer support for hardware and network issues through software, phone, email, and internal channels. Coordinates with stakeholders to resolve complex cases, maintains strong customer relationships, communicates feedback to Product teams, diagnoses issues using software tools, meets response-time targets, and identifies proactive solutions. Requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, technical support experience, customer service experience, ticketing-system expertise, and familiarity with CRM and remote collaboration tools.

Own and establish AssetWatch’s global tax and compliance function. Oversee U.S., Canadian, and international tax filings, sales and use tax, indirect taxes, audits, notices, registrations, and regulatory requirements. Support expansion into Mexico, the UK, and Europe while coordinating external advisors. Develop compliance policies, controls, calendars, risk mitigation strategies, and process improvements. Manage Taxware and NetSuite tax processes, improve reporting, and advise senior leadership on tax and compliance matters.
