The Senior Client Executive will negotiate and close new business, build client relationships, and manage the sales cycle focusing on cloud-based solutions.

As a Client Executive, you will drive sales of Azure Operations Services, develop market strategies, and maintain relationships with Microsoft representatives to generate business opportunities and deliver client value.

Provide escalated Azure cloud support and incident management, troubleshoot high-priority incidents, administer Windows/Linux servers and hypervisors, implement IaC and automation (PowerShell, Bicep), manage networking/security (firewalls, VPNs, load balancing), ensure compliance (FedRAMP, NIST, HIPAA, PCI-DSS), maintain runbooks/documentation, and participate in on-call rotation including nights and weekends.

Lead client discovery, assess AI readiness, prioritize use cases via ROI analysis, design end-to-end AI architectures and CoEs, and advise executives on AI strategy, governance, and scalable implementation across cloud platforms.
