Manage trial merchants to demonstrate ShipStation value, convert trials into subscriptions, handle high-volume outbound calls, maintain trial relationships, upsell features, track sales metrics, and collaborate with marketing, support, and product teams.

Lead execution and optimization of integrated demand generation and ABM campaigns for Enterprise segments across email, paid media, events, webinars, and website. Manage paid media (LinkedIn, 6Sense), coordinate agencies and cross-functional teams, track performance in HubSpot/Salesforce/Looker, and drive pipeline and revenue acceleration.

Lead North America revenue operations for Sales and Account Management: own Salesforce and CRM data accuracy, build reports and dashboards, monitor pipeline health, analyze sales performance, partner with marketing and finance, produce forecasts and GTM content, identify process improvements, and drive initiatives to improve revenue performance.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and microservices in C#/.NET. Develop secure REST APIs, optimize SQL and NoSQL databases, enforce code quality, write tests, and collaborate on CI/CD and AWS deployments. Mentor mid/junior engineers and support observability, containerization, and DevOps practices.
