Lead fundraising and development across individual, corporate, foundation and government sources. Build and execute a diversified fundraising strategy, strengthen donor relationships, manage development team and volunteer engagement, implement performance systems (EOS tools), and provide reporting to senior leadership and the Board to sustain a $10M+ budget.

Support daily accounting and financial reporting: prepare invoices, process full-cycle AP, payroll and employee expenses, manage vendor files, perform reconciliations, assist month-end/year-end close, prepare tax and audit documents, and improve accounting processes.
