Leads daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger reconciliations, financial reporting, and variance analysis. Oversees internal controls, regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance with GAAP and NCUA requirements. Manages and develops the accounting team, identifies process improvements, resolves accounting issues, and provides financial guidance to management.

Develops, maintains, configures, and supports Symitar core banking systems and related applications. Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support, troubleshoots complex issues, develops Python programs, improves system performance, reviews code, maintains documentation, collaborates with vendors, and mentors junior staff. The role also requires cross-functional project support, compliance training, on-call availability, and flexible nights, weekends, and off-hours during month-end and quarter-end processing.

Leads learning and development projects from needs assessment through evaluation and improvement. Designs and delivers instructor-led, virtual, blended, and e-learning solutions using Articulate tools and LMS technologies. Partners with stakeholders, facilitates complex training, evaluates effectiveness, manages learning initiatives, and mentors L&D specialists. The role also supports LMS administration, develops instructional materials, and advises leaders on employee development strategies.
