Owns strategic relationships with large enterprise customers to drive adoption, retention, satisfaction, and upsell. Establishes KPIs, nurtures advocacy, advises executives, and helps customers build intelligent automation programs that deliver business value.

Lead execution of revenue marketing programs to drive pipeline, progression, and revenue across assigned segments. Own quarterly campaign planning, measurement, attribution, and reporting. Partner with Sales, SDRs, Customer Success, and Product to enable field execution, improve deal velocity via CRM/marketing automation, and optimize ROI through data-driven testing and analytics. Forecast performance, align Sales and Marketing strategies, and iterate on campaigns to support new business, retention, and expansion goals.

Drive value-based technical sales for Automation Anywhere by demonstrating AI-driven automation solutions, engaging C-suite and technical stakeholders, architecting integrations, leading workshops, building strategic relationships, and promoting competitive positioning. Support sales cycles, enable partners, and evangelize technologies like RPA, OCR, LLMs, RAG, and cloud integrations.

Drive new enterprise business for an AI-powered intelligent automation platform. Own full sales cycle, manage pipelines, deliver demos and POCs, lead RFX responses, coordinate solution design with technical teams, attend events, and achieve expansion and new-business bookings.
