Lead global implementations, upgrades, rollouts, testing, process optimization, and automation. Partner with business and IT stakeholders, manage governance and change control, and ensure SOX, ITGC, audit, and compliance readiness across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, and Engineering processes.

Supports mergers and acquisitions through market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, valuation, investment presentations, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration. Coordinates with cross-functional stakeholders, develops integration plans and tracking materials, monitors progress, and reports issues to support strategic corporate finance decisions.
