Partner with business and IT stakeholders, manage governance and change control, and ensure SOX, ITGC, audit, and compliance readiness across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, and Engineering processes.

Leads Aviat’s cellular product portfolio strategy, roadmap, pricing, distribution, launches, lifecycle management, revenue, and profitability. Analyzes market opportunities and customer needs, translates technical requirements into product strategy, coordinates cross-functional teams, manages portfolio tradeoffs, and develops product management capabilities. The role requires strong cellular networking knowledge, strategic thinking, analytical skills, stakeholder communication, and flexibility for global collaboration.

Develop and implement strategic sourcing and category management strategies to optimize cost, quality, supplier relationships, and supply chain reliability. Responsibilities include procurement cost analysis, contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, risk mitigation, logistics contingency planning, data analysis, and procurement team leadership. The role also oversees sourcing initiatives, supports business planning, and drives data-based operational and financial improvements.

Develops and validates manufacturing assembly and testing processes for digital microwave systems, supports prototypes and volume production, and transfers products and processes to contract manufacturers. Partners with design and production engineering teams to apply DFM and DFT, establish capacity and manufacturing strategies, improve quality, yields, reliability, and costs, and resolve production deficiencies throughout the product lifecycle.

Supports mergers and acquisitions through market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, valuation, investment presentations, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration. Coordinates with cross-functional stakeholders, develops integration plans and tracking materials, monitors progress, and reports issues to support strategic corporate finance decisions.

Leads regional project accounting, billing, revenue recognition, accounts receivable, cash flow forecasting, financial reporting, and project closeout activities. Oversees project setup in Oracle, reconciliations, compliance, audits, process improvements, and ERP enhancements. Manages project accounting staff, assigns workloads, develops KPIs, analyzes profitability, resolves billing disputes, and partners with project managers, operations, clients, and senior finance leadership.

Drives sales of wireless transmission products and services across public safety and energy markets in the assigned territory. Secures new customers, achieves annual quotas, develops account and business plans, establishes channel and systems-integrator relationships, sets win strategies, conducts presentations, forecasts sales, and provides competitive and market intelligence. Requires strong wireless communications expertise and established industry relationships.

Leads private-network sales across Eastern North America, owning bookings, revenue, margin, strategic planning, market expansion, forecasting, and account growth. Develops, coaches, and supports the sales team while coordinating with marketing, product, finance, legal, procurement, and customer operations. Builds relationships across public safety and utility markets, identifies opportunities, manages customer and partner engagements, and ensures new hires become productive. Travel of 25–50% is required.
