Designs, develops, deploys, and supports Oracle EBS solutions across Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report. Leads architecture, RICEWR development, integrations, performance optimization, and cross-module issue resolution. Embeds SOX, ITGC, segregation-of-duties, approval, reconciliation, audit trail, and reporting controls. Partners with Finance, IT, Audit, and business teams, supports audits and period close, documents processes and controls, remediates deficiencies, and delivers training and compliance automation.

Lead the architecture and evolution of Aviat’s Oracle EBS enterprise applications ecosystem and integrated platforms. Design scalable solutions, integrations, migrations, workflows, reporting, and modernization initiatives. Lead global implementations, upgrades, rollouts, testing, process optimization, and automation. Partner with business and IT stakeholders, manage governance and change control, and ensure SOX, ITGC, audit, and compliance readiness across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, and Engineering processes.

Develops and validates manufacturing assembly and testing processes for digital microwave systems, supports prototypes and volume production, and transfers products and processes to contract manufacturers. Partners with design and production engineering teams to apply DFM and DFT, establish capacity and manufacturing strategies, improve quality, yields, reliability, and costs, and resolve production deficiencies throughout the product lifecycle.

Supports mergers and acquisitions through market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, valuation, investment presentations, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration. Coordinates with cross-functional stakeholders, develops integration plans and tracking materials, monitors progress, and reports issues to support strategic corporate finance decisions.

Owns integrated demand and supply planning for assigned product lines, including forecasting, inventory optimization, replenishment, capacity, material availability, and fulfillment prioritization. The role analyzes planning KPIs, develops dashboards and models, identifies shortages and risks, coordinates cross-functional recovery actions, and leads planning automation and process improvements. It also presents recommendations to leadership and aligns Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, Product Management, and Fulfillment teams.

Leads regional project accounting, billing, revenue recognition, accounts receivable, cash flow forecasting, financial reporting, and project closeout activities. Oversees project setup in Oracle, reconciliations, compliance, audits, process improvements, and ERP enhancements. Manages project accounting staff, assigns workloads, develops KPIs, analyzes profitability, resolves billing disputes, and partners with project managers, operations, clients, and senior finance leadership.

Drives sales of wireless transmission products and services across public safety and energy markets in the assigned territory. Secures new customers, achieves annual quotas, develops account and business plans, establishes channel and systems-integrator relationships, sets win strategies, conducts presentations, forecasts sales, and provides competitive and market intelligence. Requires strong wireless communications expertise and established industry relationships.
