Leads corporate FP&A planning, forecasting, financial planning software administration, monthly close coordination, three-statement modeling, cash forecasting, and lender, investor, and board reporting. Partners with executives and Accounting in a PE-backed software environment, improves planning processes, manages NetSuite Planning and Budgeting, and supervises 1–2 Financial Analysts.

Serves as the Chief Customer Officer’s strategic and operational partner, driving customer strategy execution, annual planning, cross-functional transformation initiatives, operating cadences, performance reporting, dashboards, and budget planning. Advises senior leaders, facilitates decision-making, coordinates executive meetings and reviews, analyzes business metrics, and leads organizational change across the customer organization.

Manage core accounting operations (GL, AR/AP, revenue, month/quarter/year closes), lead global treasury functions (cash management, forecasting, banking), ensure SOX/compliance and debt covenant adherence, improve systems and processes, and lead/accountability for an accounting/treasury team while partnering with Finance and senior leadership on liquidity and financial risk management.

Lead delivery and modernization of Avid's finance technology stack, primarily NetSuite ERP and NSPB. Manage a small team of engineers and finance-systems professionals, oversee integrations with Salesforce, Snowflake, RevPro, and Concur, enforce SDLC and governance, support SOX/audit requirements, and partner with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable finance systems and roadmap outcomes.
