The Investment Specialist provides client support, manages accounts, assists with financial inquiries, and builds customer loyalty while adhering to regulatory standards.

Lead talent acquisition strategy and execution for assigned business groups. Advise stakeholders, design sourcing/recruiting solutions, build dashboards and reports, coach hiring managers and vendors, analyze trends, manage change and communications, and deliver data-driven recruiting insights to meet business objectives.

Provide high-level administrative and professional support to executives and senior managers, coordinate budgets, calendars, travel, events, and vendor relations. Track metrics, analyze data, prepare communications and reports, mentor junior admins, manage office operations and supplies, process invoices and expense claims, and support strategic initiatives while adhering to risk and compliance frameworks.

Perform deep, manual penetration testing of web, mobile and API applications; own scoping, testing, reporting and remediation; identify business-logic and multi-step attack paths; advise stakeholders, champion security best practices, and support security strategy and risk management across the business.

Perform deep, manual penetration tests of network, cloud, Active Directory and AI environments; scope engagements, execute tests, write reports, advise on remediation and secure development, and mentor junior testers while aligning work to regulatory frameworks.
