Provide paraprofessional support to students with diverse disabilities in 1:1, small group, or general education settings. Assist SPED teacher/ESS Coordinator with IEP implementation, behavior reinforcement, progress reporting, resource preparation, administrative tasks, and CPI crisis intervention as needed.

Provide targeted small-group and push-in language instruction and academic support to English Learners. Develop lessons, monitor progress, conduct LPAC meetings, and oversee Texas state testing coordination and accommodations. Collaborate with teachers, families, and testing coordinators to ensure compliance and data-driven instructional adjustments.

Oversee and manage all special education processes (IDEA, Section 504, EL), ensure compliance, provide teacher guidance and training, manage IEPs/504 plans, supervise staff and service providers, and maintain SPED records.

Provide targeted small-group and push-in English language instruction for EL students, monitor progress, conduct LPAC meetings, oversee Texas state testing accommodations, and collaborate with teachers and families to ensure compliance and student growth.

Support Head of Operations in daily school operations including vendor management, purchasing, facilities and IT oversight, payroll coordination, compliance, asset management, and operational policy and process improvement.
