Oversee school-site special education programs, including student identification, evaluations, IEP and 504 plan development, compliance, testing, accommodations, case management, documentation, and parent meetings. Provide or supervise specially designed instruction and related services, support teachers through training, coordinate English Learner programs, supervise special education staff and service providers, and ensure state and federal regulatory compliance.
