Supports construction project administration and documentation under senior project management staff. Responsibilities include maintaining drawings and project logs, reviewing submittals, coordinating RFIs, documenting meetings and as-builts, assisting with procurement and closeout, pricing change orders, supporting quality management, and enforcing safety standards. The role requires collaboration with subcontractors, vendors, owners, and project team members in an active job-site environment.

Lead preconstruction for multiple large commercial projects ($50M–$300M+). Manage estimating teams, develop conceptual through detailed estimates, coordinate with designers and operations, review subcontractor scopes, produce general conditions estimates, mentor staff, pursue business development, and align design and budget to win complex bids.

Lead and coordinate architectural project delivery from design through construction, manage client relationships and consultants, produce construction documents, ensure code and quality compliance, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align design and construction goals.

Lead and manage a VDC team delivering large, long-term construction projects. Provide strategic vision, technical oversight (Autodesk/BIM), team development, project coordination, site presence, and occasional travel to other offices. Support project schedules including nights/weekends as needed.

Lead preconstruction for tenant improvement and renovation projects ($500K–$60M): prepare estimates from schematic through CD, draft and negotiate subcontract scopes, manage budget and risk, coordinate with operations, mentor preconstruction staff, support business development and client relationships.

Lead project financials, schedule, risk, quality, and client relationships for commercial construction projects ($10M–$50M). Manage preconstruction, bidding, contract negotiation, value engineering, change-order analysis, scheduling, budgeting, and supervision of project teams to ensure timely, economical, and compliant project delivery.

Lead and manage construction safety programs and a team of safety professionals. Enforce OSHA standards, conduct incident investigations and jobsite inspections, deliver safety training and orientations, manage subcontractor safety coordination, maintain safety documentation, and use construction software to drive continuous safety improvements aligned with Beck's Zero Accident Plan.

Lead project engineering tasks including procurement, submittals, RFIs, schedule updates, quality and safety inspections, subcontractor prequalification, change order pricing, LEED documentation, and mentor junior engineers while supporting project closeout.

Support architectural project teams by producing 3D models, graphics, renderings, and presentations; assist with construction document assembly, client and owner meetings, sustainability practices, and assorted project coordination tasks while learning design processes.

Lead and oversee project safety programs across construction sites: develop and implement safety plans, conduct inspections and trainings, investigate incidents, enforce policies (including drug testing), and maintain safety documentation while mentoring project teams and subcontractors.

Lead and oversee large commercial building projects ($150M+), driving business development, project financials, schedule, risk mitigation, quality, safety, and client relationships. Supervise project teams, prepare financial and safety plans, develop schedules and phasing, and participate in preconstruction, RFQ/RFP pursuits, and KPI reporting.

Lead preconstruction for projects up to $50M: produce estimates from schematic through construction documents, develop scopes, negotiate subcontractor buyouts, manage scope and cost, coordinate logistics and staffing, mentor preconstruction team, pursue business development, and produce general conditions and construction requirements estimates.

Support the project manager across preconstruction, procurement, contract administration, risk mitigation, budget setup and maintenance, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, pay applications, mentoring project engineers, and ensuring safety and project closeout.
