Leads technology service delivery programs, shaping strategic direction, managing client relationships, contractual obligations, budgets, risks, subcontractors, and delivery teams. Oversees program performance, revenue, utilization, growth opportunities, and compliance while mentoring staff and resolving conflicts. Advises clients on strategic vision and coordinates technical, administrative, financial, and operational activities across multiple efforts.

Develops scalable data and software systems using Python and Apache Spark. Builds CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation. Develops monitoring, logging, and performance tools; supports security reviews, vulnerability management, and resilient systems. Requires strong AWS, EKS/Kubernetes, networking, scripting, programming, troubleshooting, Agile collaboration, and SRE skills.

Build and maintain AWS-based DevOps infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, containerized microservices, and Infrastructure as Code. Improve observability, resilience, security, compliance, and scalability through monitoring, vulnerability management, system hardening, and performance testing. Collaborate with development teams to resolve outages, contribute to architecture and software development, review code, document systems, mentor engineers, and participate in Agile ceremonies and on-call support.
