Builds restaurant and owner profiles, identifies risks and expansion opportunities, documents success plans, and transitions stable accounts to Customer Success with a complete handoff. Requires Challenger-based selling, data fluency, consultative discovery, commercial judgment, strong CRM discipline, and the ability to manage a high-volume portfolio with personalization.
