Design, develop, maintain, and support a large Salesforce environment across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Build Apex, Aura, and LWC solutions; implement Data Cloud and AgentForce capabilities; maintain integrations and data flows; troubleshoot production issues; create reports and dashboards; recommend automation; participate in architecture, testing, deployment, documentation, and code reviews; and enforce scalable Salesforce development practices.

Designs, develops, tests, and deploys Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, APIs, custom objects, and integrations. Manages portals and Communities, data migration and quality, security, documentation, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and ongoing enhancements. Partners with business analysts and QA to translate requirements into scalable solutions, while managing version control and deployments through Copado.

Administer and optimize SQL Server and MongoDB environments across Azure and on-premises platforms. Responsibilities include performance tuning, capacity planning, high availability and disaster recovery, security and compliance, backup and recovery, migration support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and automation using T-SQL and PowerShell. The role also manages MongoDB Atlas clusters, database replication, indexing, query optimization, and operational improvements.

Performs financial analysis, loan portfolio reporting, inventory management, cash forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and process improvement. Partners with Finance, Capital Markets, Accounting, and Legal teams to provide insights, identify risks and opportunities, support strategic initiatives, and inform leadership decisions. Uses Excel, SQL, Power BI, and other reporting tools to maintain models, analyze financial results, and manage data workflows.

Provide multi-channel client support for BHG Financial customers, manage pipelines, record interactions in CRM, become product SME, build internal and external relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Lead Salesforce platform administration, manage Conga and DocuSign document/signature workflows, configure declarative automation (Flows, approval processes), support enterprise production incidents, govern templates/versioning, coordinate releases, and train/support end users across business units.
