Leads financial strategy, planning, analysis, and reporting for assigned business divisions. Supports commercial reserving through actuarial research, experience studies, statistical analysis, premium and reserve calculations, valuation, rate filings, reporting, and healthcare analytics. The role validates data, enhances actuarial models, investigates trends, supports regulatory submissions and enterprise risk management, and provides analytical support to internal business partners. Candidates need a degree, actuarial experience, and at least three exams toward the ASA designation, with alternatives considered for additional experience or exams.

Provides legal counsel for pharmacy benefit management and State Health Plan operations. Responsibilities include interpreting PBM contracts, advising on state and federal health plan regulations, supporting vendor oversight, privacy and data governance, audits, public records requests, claims and appeals, regulatory inquiries, and implementation initiatives. The role also monitors legal developments, trains stakeholders, and helps manage contractual, compliance, and operational risks.

Leads strategic sourcing, category management, vendor governance, contract negotiations, supplier relationship management, risk assessments, and compliance for IT hardware, software, and services. Develops sourcing strategies, bid documents, evaluation criteria, vendor plans, performance metrics, and total-cost optimization recommendations. Partners with stakeholders, Legal, Compliance, Audit, Risk Management, and vendors to resolve contractual issues and improve procurement processes.

Leads complex technology projects and programs from planning through implementation and transition to support. Manages schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, resources, vendors, governance, and stakeholder communications. Coordinates Agile delivery across engineering, product, business, architecture, and executive teams; supports PI planning, sprint and release coordination, readiness approvals, change management, and production transition. Translates technical information into executive updates and drives predictable, high-quality delivery outcomes.

Provide strategic employment law counsel on hiring, performance management, terminations, benefits, wage-and-hour and regulatory compliance; draft policies; oversee employment litigation and EEOC matters; support corporate transactions and due diligence; select and manage outside counsel; advise senior leadership; mentor legal team and deliver training.

Leads the enterprise risk management framework, including risk identification, assessment, monitoring, reporting, risk appetite governance, ORSA, stress testing, regulatory trend analysis, insurance and captive programs, and risk culture development. Partners with executive leaders, business units, governance committees, and the Board to integrate risk considerations into strategic planning, operations, and capital decisions.

Design and deliver complex physical and cloud data center infrastructures (network, compute, storage, telephony, middleware, database). Lead capacity planning, lifecycle management, standards, and vendor partnerships. Provide expert support during incidents, produce engineering documentation, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead design, development, and delivery of ML, DL, and Generative AI systems for production. Apply prescriptive analytics, optimization, recommendation, and reinforcement learning. Build and evaluate models, run experiments, develop prototypes, benchmark methods, and collaborate with business partners to translate data into actionable recommendations and influence strategy.
