Conduct U.S. federal tax research, summarize primary and secondary sources, evaluate source accuracy, and assess AI-generated tax analysis. Collaborate with tax lawyers, accountants, developers, and data scientists to improve AI-powered tax research tools. Contribute strategic product thinking, respond to client feedback, troubleshoot issues, and adapt research across tax law areas while leveraging emerging technologies.

Lead and scale Blue J's SMB and Mid-Market sales organization, owning new logo acquisition and expansion revenue. Build repeatable GTM processes, hire and develop managers and reps, manage forecast and KPIs, and work cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, CS, and Product. Participate in strategic deals and drive ARR, ACV, win rates, retention, and forecast accuracy.
