Drive customer adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, and AI agents. Advise customers on technical readiness, security, governance, compliance, data access, licensing, and responsible AI. Lead technical engagements, adoption and change-management plans, usage analytics, stakeholder alignment, and business-outcome measurement. Partner with technical teams and technology partners to deploy and scale AI solutions, resolve blockers, manage adoption milestones, and identify expansion opportunities.

Develops employee engagement, internal communications, culture initiatives, leadership events, and employee experiences. Creates executive messaging and all-hands content, manages event logistics, vendors, budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder coordination. Maintains SharePoint resources and communication plans, analyzes employee feedback and engagement metrics, and improves programs and workflows across a distributed organization.

Manages business operations and program execution for a Commercial Strategy organization. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, purchase orders, headcount and vendor resource planning, operating rhythms, governance, executive communications, project tracking, risk management, reporting, and process improvement. Partners with Finance, HR, Procurement, Staffing, and senior leadership to coordinate strategic initiatives and improve planning and operational efficiency through AI and automation.

Manage a portfolio of technology support service accounts, driving renewals, new business, contract negotiations, customer retention, forecasting, and revenue growth. Partner with account managers, customer success teams, and internal sales support to develop proposals, resolve objections, execute close plans, and align technology services with customer needs. The role requires independent account management, full-cycle solution sales experience, and fluency in Japanese and Mandarin. It is remote for candidates located on the U.S. West Coast.

Translate and localize gaming, technical, marketing, support, and customer-facing content from English into Filipino. Ensure linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, consistent terminology, and high editorial quality. Manage multiple translation projects, use computer-assisted translation tools, adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate with translators, reviewers, project teams, and stakeholders while maintaining deadlines and quality standards.
