Leads the North American digital delivery organization and oversees complex product, platform, transformation, AI, commerce, loyalty, analytics, and customer experience programs. Owns delivery strategy, technical governance, portfolio performance, delivery economics, client satisfaction, staffing, risk management, and executive escalations. Builds global delivery standards with India-based leadership, mentors teams, improves delivery processes through AI and automation, and partners on solutioning, estimates, contracts, and new business opportunities.

Leads digital projects from inception through delivery, managing scope, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, resources, Agile ceremonies, and client relationships. The role coordinates multidisciplinary teams, ensures on-time and on-budget delivery, provides status reporting, supports business development, mentors colleagues, and improves project management processes. Experience with Scrum, Agile, project management tools, digital development, and client or agency consulting is expected.

Deliver and configure Adobe Workfront solutions for enterprise clients: administer environments, build dashboards/reports/forms/workflows, implement automations and integrations, ensure data governance and security compliance, optimize instances, and provide client-facing enablement and documentation to support billable engagements.
