Provide comprehensive clinical services in a Partial Hospitalization Program: assess, diagnose, develop and update treatment plans, deliver individual/family/group therapy, facilitate groups, document clinical care, perform crisis intervention and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support substance use and co-occurring mental health recovery.

Identify and qualify new business opportunities in Houston, build relationships with prospective clients, present tailored healthcare service proposals, collaborate with sales/marketing/clinical teams, maintain CRM records (Salesforce), and monitor industry and competitor trends to grow market share and revenue.

Evaluate patient records, treatment plans, and clinical data to determine medical necessity and appropriateness of services; coordinate with providers, insurers, and case managers for authorizations; document decisions and ensure compliance with payer and regulatory guidelines; stay current on policies to optimize care and control costs.
