Manages moderate to complex geotechnical engineering projects supporting power and renewable energy development. Responsibilities include developing scopes and proposals, reviewing soil data, performing engineering analyses, preparing recommendations and reports, managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and safety, conducting quality reviews, coordinating staff and resources, supporting client relationships, and assisting with field testing and technician training.

Leads Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as the functional and business process expert. Responsibilities include financial process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, upgrades, production support, reporting, integrations, governance, and continuous improvement. Partners with Finance, Accounting, Operations, IT, and external providers; leads cross-functional initiatives, facilitates stakeholder alignment, mentors analysts, and supports financial controls, compliance, and Power BI reporting.

Supervise and mentor CMT technicians and special inspectors, conduct and review field testing/inspections of soils, concrete, and masonry, ensure safety and quality control, coordinate resources and scheduling, manage equipment calibrations and fleet, support proposals and business objectives, and communicate project progress to consulting staff.

Lead and manage geotechnical engineering projects in the wind sector while developing client relationships and ensuring project quality and safety.
