Responsibilities include enterprise client development, C-suite advisory, complex consulting solution sales, commercial negotiations, proposal and delivery team leadership, and collaboration with international practices. The role also supports market positioning, innovation, and transformational people and performance solutions while managing strategic client relationships and the full sales lifecycle.

Build and deploy AI-powered enterprise tools, including agentic systems, MCP integrations, RAG pipelines, and workflow automations. Facilitate hands-on workshops and executive sessions, train technical and commercial audiences, assess AI readiness, develop adoption strategies, measure business impact, support proposals, and evaluate emerging AI models and architectures.

Contract assessors deliver leadership assessment center activities: interviews, simulations, behavioral evaluations, and written reports. They analyze behavioral data, provide feedback to participants and stakeholders, and join calibration sessions to ensure rating consistency across assessors.
