Owns retention, customer satisfaction, platform adoption, and renewals for a portfolio of global B2B SaaS accounts. Builds executive relationships, monitors customer health and usage, leads business reviews, coordinates onboarding and technical delivery, resolves issues, communicates product value, and maintains account plans in Gainsight and Salesforce. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Shared Success, Product, Security, and Program Management to deliver customer outcomes and reduce renewal risk.

Lead technical onboarding, implementation, configuration, and rollout of Bugcrowd security programs, including bug bounty, vulnerability disclosure, red-team, and penetration testing engagements. Serve as the technical customer contact, troubleshoot integrations and workflows, advise on security delivery practices, collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams, and improve onboarding documentation and processes.

Lead a small AI and data team to design, build, and operationalize scalable data pipelines and ML/LLM models for offensive cybersecurity. Set technical roadmap, ensure secure multi-tenant architectures, drive MLOps/CI-CD, integrate generative AI (OpenAI/Bedrock/Anthropic), and partner across product, platform, and infrastructure teams while mentoring engineers.

Own vision and roadmap for Bugcrowd's AI & Data platform to validate, deduplicate, aggregate, correlate, prioritize, and recommend remediation for security findings across scans, pentests, and bug bounties. Partner with engineering on recommendation engines, detection rules, and agent training while defining trust and scalability metrics.

Lead and grow a distributed product security engineering team, own secure SDLC and Security Foundations, embed security into CI/CD, conduct threat modeling and automated testing (SAST/DAST/SCA/fuzzing), and manage the FedRAMP security program while partnering across engineering, DevOps, and product.

Senior leader responsible for global pre-sales technical strategy, managing managers and senior contributors, and standardizing solution architecture and demo assets. Partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to translate customer needs into product roadmaps, resolve strategic account escalations, set KPIs and budgets, and drive operational excellence and automation for technical engagements and post-sale handovers.

Build scalable infrastructure and tooling to generate large-scale reinforcement learning environments from real-world vulnerability research. Design pipelines ingesting projects, analyze them with Bugcrowd systems, and construct RL training environments enabling models to learn vulnerability discovery, exploitation, and remediation.
