Leads SAP S/4HANA Record-to-Report technology strategy, engineering, delivery, support, and continuous improvement. Oversees software engineering and support teams supporting General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Tax, Product Costing, Project Systems, and Vendor Invoice Management. Partners with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders, manages implementations and integrations, improves service delivery, ensures technical quality and compliance, and develops team talent and vendor relationships.

Designs and delivers technical training for ERP and technology solutions, develops training materials, assesses learning needs and program effectiveness, identifies content gaps, reports outcomes, and guides less experienced team members. Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to support enterprise ERP transformation and serves as a technical training resource. Requires significant travel and familiarity with ERP integrations and business processes.

Collaborates with senior stakeholders, analyzes program effectiveness, reports insights, establishes analyst standards, and serves as a deep technical resource. The role requires significant travel and focuses on enabling consistent technology adoption across company locations.

Develops and maintains ERP and technology training content, plans, job aids, assessments, and documentation. Conducts training needs analyses, researches learning materials, collaborates with trainers and instructional designers, gathers client feedback, and evaluates program effectiveness using data. The role supports enterprise ERP transformation and continuous improvement of user learning experiences. No supervisory responsibilities are included, and significant travel is required.
