The HR Business Partner advises managers and employees on workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, engagement, organizational development, compensation, benefits, and succession planning. The role handles investigations and conflict resolution, ensures compliance with labor laws, updates HR policies, supports learning initiatives, and analyzes HR metrics including turnover, engagement, and DEI data. This six-month contract requires strong communication, discretion, HR expertise, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Own and govern the Professional Services delivery methodology, tooling, and escalation frameworks. Maintain portfolio health reporting, run RCA post-implementation, enforce PS tooling adoption, and develop implementation playbooks for different customer segments. Drive consistency across IMs and CSMs to reduce churn and improve go-live outcomes.

Lead and manage a team of Account Executives selling B2B SaaS to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors. Develop and execute sales plans, coach AEs, analyze performance metrics, collaborate cross-functionally, build customer relationships, and stay current on market trends to drive revenue and retention.

As an Install Base Account Executive, you will manage and grow relationships with existing clients, focusing on upselling, renewals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will leverage communication and account management skills to drive revenue and product adoption, becoming an integral part of the sales strategy.
