Support the Expedition Leader with logistics, bookings, vendor coordination, budgeting, documentation, team support, safety/emergency preparedness, and on-trip troubleshooting while traveling extensively to remote and luxury destinations.

Create and execute Instagram and LinkedIn content for trip-specific and between-trip engagement, including reels, posts, stories, annual content calendar, platform management, and monthly analytics reporting to support a luxury travel brand.

Manage partnerships and sales operations by owning CRM data and reporting, coordinating partner onboarding and activations, building SOPs and automations, tracking partner performance, and supporting sales outreach and pipeline management to ensure flawless execution and scalable processes.

Lead ultra-luxury expeditions on a per-trip contract basis, execute itineraries, manage expedition teams, coordinate with local partners and trip physicians, oversee budgets, ensure member safety and satisfaction, and handle logistics and crisis response in remote international destinations.
