Partner with Sales to pitch and close enterprise healthcare prospects by mapping revenue-cycle challenges to Candid’s solutions. Deliver demos, conduct value analyses, craft implementation plans with Product/Delivery/RCM teams, and build sales enablement processes, tools, and knowledge to scale the sales organization.

Responsible for posting payments, adjustments, and denials to patient accounts; ensuring accuracy in EOB and ERA processes; and resolving claims errors.
