The Restorative Aide provides rehabilitative care, personal care, assists with patient mobility, promotes independence, and documents patient status.

Assist the Director of Nursing in supervising day-to-day nursing operations in a long-term care facility. Ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate treatments and care plans, conduct rounds, document incidents, support staff development, participate in committees, perform evaluations, and promote patient safety and quality care.

Provide and oversee direct patient care, assess and document condition changes in the EMR, administer medications/treatments, execute physician orders, implement care plans, and supervise subordinate staff per clinical policies and regulations.
