Assist the Director of Nursing in supervising day-to-day nursing operations in a long-term care facility. Ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate treatments and care plans, conduct rounds, document incidents, support staff development, participate in committees, perform evaluations, and promote patient safety and quality care.

Provide 24/7 clinical leadership for a skilled nursing facility, ensuring resident care quality, regulatory compliance, survey readiness, infection prevention, quality assurance, staffing and training, interdisciplinary coordination, and accurate clinical documentation while supporting facility leadership and community engagement.

Provide restorative and rehabilitative care to SNF patients, including ambulation, range of motion, positioning, self-feeding, personal care, observation, documentation, and contributing to care plans under direction of the Director of Rehab.
