Supports global compensation programs through merit, promotion, bonus, benchmarking, salary surveys, incentive plan administration, and pay recommendations. The role partners with business leaders and external consultants, maintains compliant job descriptions, and provides HR reporting and analytics. Candidates should have strong Excel skills, compensation knowledge, discretion, independence, attention to detail, and 2–3 years of professional experience. This is a fully remote U.S. role with less than 10% occasional travel.

Leads integrated healthcare media strategy across audience segmentation, full-funnel campaigns, paid channels, budget allocation, measurement, experimentation, and optimization. Owns multi-million-dollar media investments, agency and vendor performance, KPI frameworks, attribution initiatives, and cross-functional alignment to improve patient recruitment and engagement. Develops channel roadmaps, test-and-learn programs, market strategies, and standardized campaign planning processes while guiding internal specialists and partners.

Lead and oversee accounting operations including general ledger, month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany and multi-entity consolidation, and international accounting. Provide technical accounting support, maintain internal controls, coordinate audits and tax filings, and drive process improvements. Coach and manage accounting team members and partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and compliance.
