Serve as the on-site face of the Austin office, managing daily operations, office maintenance, catering, inventory, vendor and property relationships, event logistics, local engagement and ERG activities, budget alignment, and internal communications to drive office utilization and a best-in-class workplace experience.

Lead marketplace fulfillment strategy across both sides of Care.com's marketplace. Own matching, search, recommendations, AI-powered personalization, and supply expansion. Drive product vision, roadmap, experimentation, and cross-functional execution to improve liquidity, hires, and customer satisfaction. Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Operations, and Analytics to measure and optimize marketplace outcomes.

Lead DevOps engineer responsible for designing, automating, and operating Care.com’s cloud infrastructure. Develop and maintain IaC, support CI/CD pipelines, participate in 24x7 on-call rotations, mentor junior engineers, and author infrastructure documentation while collaborating with Security and Architecture teams.

Lead pricing, plan presentment, and checkout optimization to drive subscription sign-ups and revenue. Design and run A/B and multivariate experiments, leverage advanced analytics and behavioral data to optimize plan mix, lifetime value, and profitability. Partner with CRM on retargeting, align cross-functional teams, and mentor junior PMs while prioritizing customer experience and scalable solutions.
