Represents clients at assigned Texas court hearings, conferences, and proceedings, remotely when permitted and in person when required. Reviews case materials, prepares for appearances, advocates within authorized parameters, communicates with litigation and scheduling teams, documents rulings and deadlines, and coordinates continuance requests when necessary. The role focuses on courtroom advocacy without routine pleading, filing, full caseload management, or administrative responsibilities.
