The role supports fire protection and technical service projects through a combination of office and field work, including occasional emergency or escalation support.

Manage assigned customer accounts for fire protection inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair services. Build post-sales relationships, coordinate inspection dispatches, monitor schedules, prepare repair proposals, create work orders, communicate timelines, resolve billing and service inquiries, and identify additional service opportunities. Collaborate with service, operations, and billing teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely completion, and customer satisfaction.
