Design, implement, and support large-scale enterprise WAN/LAN networks. Responsibilities include routing/switching (OSPF/BGP), MPLS/VPLS, QoS, load balancing (F5/A10 with iRules), firewalls (Palo Alto/Checkpoint), network management and monitoring, capacity planning, upgrades, troubleshooting complex issues, vendor integration, documentation, mentoring, ITIL/change management, and occasional travel (up to 20%).

Provide Tier 2 Epic Professional Billing/EHR support including incident resolution, module and software update testing, build and functional test script creation, training and stakeholder presentations, implementation work, documentation, and facility collaboration. Supports standardization, integration, and optimization; occasional travel (<25%).

Serve as strategic advisor to assess and optimize end-to-end hospital revenue cycle operations using Epic workflows. Lead performance improvement, analytics, change management, compliance, and operational initiatives to improve financial and patient financial experience.

Support MEDITECH Expanse order set design and EHR configuration for oncology. Collaborate with clinicians, pharmacists, and IT to design evidence-based order sets, manage governance, validate builds, support upgrades, and document testing and compliance for safe medication management.

Support and optimize the MEDITECH Expanse Pharmacy module for HCA Healthcare: configure workflows, build order sets, map NDCs to drug IDs, troubleshoot issues, develop documentation, coach stakeholders, and drive process improvement to enhance medication safety and pharmacy operations.

Provide at-the-elbow go-live support for MEDITECH Expanse implementations across HCA facilities. Assist clinicians with medication workflows, troubleshoot EHR issues, triage and escalate problems, document resolutions, train end users, and support adoption and stabilization during high-volume activation periods while traveling extensively.

Provide Tier 2 Epic clinical application support, configuration, testing, training, and documentation for Epic MyChart and EpicCare Link; participate in upgrades, implementations, and optimization across facilities while promoting standardization and security.

Support and optimize the MEDITECH Expanse Pharmacy module: configure workflows, build order sets, map NDCs to drug IDs, troubleshoot, create documentation, train stakeholders, advise clinicians and IT, and drive process improvement across pharmacy operations.

Implement and optimize MEDITECH Expanse medication order-sets and clinical decision support. Advise clients on medication workflows and safety, develop specifications and documentation, train peers, coordinate build/test/validation, and drive adoption and process improvement.

Provide subject-matter expertise and second-level support for ambulatory EHR (eClinicalWorks), lead implementations and optimizations, deliver training and at-the-elbow support, troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate across teams, and develop practice-specific training materials to improve provider adoption and workflow efficiency.

Serve as liaison between corporate Medication Management Alignment and divisional facilities to implement unified medication build in Cerner Expanse. Track standards alignment, perform gap analyses, support change management, develop implementation timelines, and assist with inventory analysis and procurement. Requires travel up to 25%.
