Coordinates commercial events, trade shows, and conferences from planning through execution. Manages venues, vendors, production, hotel blocks, logistics, budgets, creative implementation, event content, and lead capture. Supports sales and marketing teams with customer record maintenance, administrative tasks, product updates, and delivery coordination. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to travel nationally 25–35%, including some weekends.
