Prospect and grow a portfolio of shipper accounts across North America by generating new business, managing full sales cycles, negotiating pricing, and collaborating with operations to onboard and service customers. Maintain CRM pipeline, build relationships with logistics decision-makers, and drive recurring revenue through customized transportation solutions.

Own spot quoting across North American lanes: build margin-aware FTL and cross-border rates using market data and TMS, monitor margin performance, maintain pricing benchmarks, track win/loss, and support pricing analysis and reporting.
