Investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle commercial automobile and general liability claims. Obtain statements, inspect/appraise damages or arrange appraisals, set reserves, prepare investigative reports, recommend remedial actions, and communicate claim denials or settlements to claimants, insureds, and attorneys while ensuring compliance with policy terms and applicable laws.

Support data-driven operations by sourcing, integrating, validating, and transforming data; build and maintain dashboards, agency scorecards, and reports; analyze KPIs to identify improvement and cross-sell opportunities; measure campaign effectiveness; ensure data quality; partner with stakeholders and technology teams; support monthly reviews and ad-hoc analytics requests.
