Collaborate with product, paid media, data, brand, partnerships, leadership, and creators in a hands-on player-coach role.

Lead Circle’s brand design across product launches, campaigns, events, advertising, social, motion, and digital experiences. Build scalable visual identity systems, develop creative concepts and storyboards, translate complex software and AI capabilities into compelling visual narratives, and collaborate with Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, Motion, and Leadership. Present concepts, incorporate feedback, maintain exceptional design quality, and explore AI-powered creative workflows.

Own product design for a major product area from opportunity identification through launch. Design complex multi-user flows, shape product strategy, prototype rapidly with AI-assisted tools, collaborate closely with product and engineering, and maintain a high craft standard. The role also influences broader design practices, raises team quality, and operates as the senior design individual contributor for the assigned product area.

Develop and promote product quality across multiple engineering teams through exploratory, risk-based, automated, API, and integration testing. Build reliable test coverage, investigate complex application and CI failures, improve testability and feedback loops, identify systemic quality issues, and influence product and technical decisions. The role also supports quality strategy, reusable test infrastructure, developer tooling, and engineering productivity.

Lead Circle’s brand design across product launches, campaigns, events, advertising, social, motion, and digital experiences. Evolve visual identity systems, create compelling narratives for complex software and AI products, develop campaign assets and storyboards, and build scalable templates and creative frameworks. Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, Motion, and Leadership while presenting concepts, incorporating feedback, researching design trends, and exploring AI-powered creative workflows.

Lead Circle’s social media function by developing and executing platform-native content strategies, producing and editing short-form video, managing content calendars and capture workflows, and partnering with leadership, events, community, partnerships, and marketing teams. Track social performance metrics, identify content opportunities, attend events, and establish repeatable systems to improve reach, engagement, and publishing consistency.

Leads Circle’s strategic partnerships function, including strategy, creator and business relationships, negotiations, campaigns, events, content, measurement, and scalable partnership programs. Owns performance goals, develops playbooks and operating systems, directs high-value partnerships, and collaborates with executives and cross-functional teams to drive customer growth, brand awareness, revenue, and market positioning. Manages and develops senior leaders while shaping both creative and commercial partnership strategy.

Build evaluation infrastructure, observability tooling, diagnostic systems, datasets, annotation workflows, and experiments for production AI agents. Lead a hands-on AI Quality engineering team, improve agent quality, latency, and cost, and partner with AI Core engineering. The role requires developing evaluation pipelines, scorers, dashboards, CI/CD systems, and model-testing frameworks while managing team priorities and technical direction.

The Senior Quality Engineer partners with product, design, and engineering teams to identify risks, shape testing strategies, and improve product quality. Responsibilities include exploratory and risk-based testing, automated coverage for web applications, APIs, and integrations, complex technical debugging, CI/CD test execution, and quality enablement. The role also drives systemic quality improvements, strengthens engineering practices, and supports scalable test infrastructure and developer tooling.
