Build and operate customer-facing applications and shared platform services using TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Next.js. Own API contracts, SDKs, data models, cloud delivery, observability, testing, and service adoption across engineering teams. Lead AI-assisted development practices, delivery automation, reliability improvements, technical documentation, design reviews, and mentorship. The role also involves evolving financial, authentication, workflow, and event-driven systems in a hands-on individual contributor capacity.

Lead customer implementations for school districts, state agencies, and foundations. Manage onboarding project lifecycles, configure platforms, resolve implementation roadblocks, coordinate multiple stakeholders, identify expansion opportunities, deliver webinars and on-site training, synthesize customer feedback for product teams, and maintain implementation records for post-launch handoffs.

Build and maintain full-stack software across data models, APIs, user interfaces, workflows, and production systems. Develop accessible, form-driven applications using TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, React, and Next.js. Design transactional and flexible databases, implement asynchronous processing, and write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions while improving scalability, security, reliability, and WCAG compliance. Own features end to end with growing autonomy and collaborate with senior engineers and technical leadership.

Serve as single point of contact for assigned enterprise clients to drive adoption, renewals, and expansion; advocate internally, align cross-functional teams, use success metrics to deliver client outcomes, and maintain executive-level relationships.

Design, prototype, and deploy LLM-powered agents, RAG workflows, and automations that accelerate internal teams and customer-facing product features. Integrate AI systems with SaaS tools, build reusable components and evaluation frameworks, embed with business teams to deliver measurable outcomes, and establish standards for responsible AI, monitoring, and cost control across the company.

Modernize a large fintech platform by building NestJS services and Next.js UIs, migrate transactional data to relational schemas, write comprehensive tests, identify and fix legacy problems, design scalable solutions that coexist with legacy systems, and use AI tooling responsibly to increase engineering velocity.

Perform manual exploratory testing and build/maintain automated test suites (Playwright/Selenium). Integrate tests into CI/CD, collaborate with product and engineering on acceptance criteria, investigate and track defects, and advocate shift-left testing and continuous quality improvements.
