Manage accounts receivable within the revenue cycle: follow up on unpaid claims, resolve denials and credit balances, submit appeals, maintain patient financial records, work with payors/providers, meet KPIs, and ensure compliance with billing regulations and equity-focused organizational values.

Lead day-to-day and strategic revenue cycle operations, manage and coach an RCM team, analyze KPIs and denial trends, present data-driven improvement plans to affiliates, ensure compliance and continuous process improvement, and support CHN’s equity-centered mission.

Designs, implements, maintains, and secures cloud, virtual, and physical network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/VPN). Acts as escalation point, manages vendors, creates standards, documentation, KPIs, and uses AI-enabled tools and automation to improve operations, troubleshooting, and incident response while supporting multi-affiliate environments and CHN equity values.
