Manage MEP models, review submittals, resolve MEP RFIs, track construction progress, organize startup/commissioning documentation, coordinate vendor/subcontractor punchlist closure, support preconstruction, schedule 3D modeling and MOP/cutover activities, and mentor MEP staff.

Manage tenant-improvement construction projects through all phases: budgeting, bidding, cost control, client and trade partner communication, document control, site coordination, and closeout. Achieve project financial goals, support business development, mentor junior staff, and use company systems to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Support QA/QC activities on construction projects by performing field inspections, reviewing drawings and submittals, documenting and tracking deficiencies, and coordinating with project teams. Verify system readiness for testing, support commissioning and turnover documentation, and help enforce company QA/QC procedures and standards.
