Writes and manages institutional and corporate grant proposals, letters of inquiry, funder reports, and reusable narrative assets. Synthesizes program, finance, and impact data into compelling funder-facing content, collaborates cross-functionally, manages submission workflows, and develops AI-enabled writing systems, templates, and repeatable processes to scale fundraising operations.

Own multi-state payroll cycles end to end, including timecard review, payroll processing, retroactive pay, employee changes, compliance, funding, and post-payroll reconciliation. Prepare payroll journal entries, reconcile payroll liabilities and benefits to the general ledger, manage accruals and audit support, and resolve variances. The role also documents procedures, improves payroll workflows through automation, and supports scalable payroll operations across multiple entities, worker classifications, and program-funded activities.

Own end-to-end product experience design for CodePath’s learning platform, including user flows, information architecture, interaction design, and design systems. Conduct user discovery, create engineer-ready wireframes and specifications, partner with product managers and engineers, direct a UI design contractor, and maintain experience quality. The role focuses on platform areas, learner-facing tools, internal tools, and AI-powered education experiences.
