Leads CommUnityCare’s community engagement strategy to drive patient growth, retention, health equity, and brand trust. Oversees outreach programs, partnerships, events, budgets, grants, performance dashboards, patient experience initiatives, and Patient Advisory Council activities. Serves as a senior community and brand ambassador, advises cross-functional teams, manages large-scale initiatives and clinic launches, and supervises community development staff. Requires strong communication, public speaking, relationship management, leadership, and bilingual English/Spanish skills.

Leads the governance, operating model, portfolio management, and implementation of responsible AI initiatives across a health and care system. Manages intake, prioritization, risks, reporting, stakeholder alignment, vendor coordination, change adoption, and measurable outcomes. Partners with clinical, operational, technical, legal, compliance, and external stakeholders to scale AI solutions responsibly across healthcare workflows.

Manages Ryan White HIV/AIDS and sexual health prevention grants, including compliance, budgeting, reporting, performance monitoring, audits, funder relationships, and process improvement. Supervises grant specialists and collaborates with finance, data, compliance, program, and leadership teams to ensure accurate deliverables, regulatory adherence, and strong program outcomes.

Provides administrative and operational support to the Grants Department through high-volume data entry, grant record maintenance, documentation organization, deadline tracking, report generation, and audit preparation. Ensures data accuracy, confidentiality, compliance, and timely submissions to funders and regulatory agencies while supporting grant package preparation and departmental activities.

Leads Health Center grant funding and administration across federal, state, local, and private awards. Oversees HRSA compliance, proposals, budgets, progress reporting, regulations, internal controls, grant systems, and funder relationships. Supervises and develops grants staff, advises leadership, identifies funding opportunities, coordinates cross-functional data collection, and builds partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Ensures accurate, timely submissions and continuous improvement of grants management processes.

Leads Central Health System’s data science team and serves as its senior technical authority. Develops and validates predictive, machine learning, NLP, and forecasting models supporting population health, care management, and clinical decision-making. Oversees AI governance, model risk assessment, fairness, reproducibility, documentation, and regulatory alignment. Partners with clinical, data engineering, governance, and analytics teams while mentoring staff and managing advanced analytical standards across Epic, Azure, Snowflake, and other enterprise data sources.

Leads advanced financial analysis for healthcare service lines, including modeling, forecasting, budgeting, ROI analysis, reimbursement modeling, rate setting, and cost-benefit evaluation. Analyzes claims, financial, actuarial, enrollment, utilization, and population-risk data to support strategic planning, value-based care, capital investments, and resource allocation. Provides executive insights, develops performance metrics, evaluates growth opportunities, and leads cross-functional financial projects.
