Develop and grow customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, negotiate deals, and provide tailored solutions for municipalities, contractors, and water infrastructure customers. The representative manages an independent schedule, delivers strong customer service, solves problems, and builds long-term partnerships. Preferred qualifications include two to five years of outside sales experience, construction supply or industrial distribution knowledge, and experience working with general contractors or municipalities.

Manage sales process and account relationships, handle customer orders and quote requests across channels, identify upsell opportunities, use inventory/order systems, and provide customer service in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Manage and grow targeted national accounts by building relationships, creating and executing business plans, negotiating national contracts and rebate programs, and coordinating internal teams. Perform customer visits, represent the company at trade associations, troubleshoot complex issues, and oversee account-related projects. Role requires frequent travel and driving with an acceptable driving record.

Manage and grow sales within an assigned territory by building relationships with new and existing customers, soliciting orders via calls and site visits, preparing estimates/bids, resolving service issues, sharing market intelligence, mentoring associates, and meeting sales quotas and margin targets.
