Leads enterprise Product Operations initiatives that mature product management practices, standardize product development processes, improve readiness, and drive organizational adoption. Embeds AI-first methods, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows, into product discovery, research, specification, launch, and measurement. Partners across matrixed teams, develops learning programs and playbooks, assesses capability gaps, and leads continuous improvement and change management.

Lead enterprise product operations to raise product management maturity, embed AI-first practices, and drive adoption of standards. Develop playbooks, training, and AI-integrated workflows (LLMs, Claude, Pendo AI), coordinate cross-functional partners, and manage change to improve discovery, specification, delivery, and post-launch measurement.

Partner with product management to design, build, and maintain web applications across front-end (HTML/CSS/JS with Angular or React) and back-end (C#). Lead architecture, implement features, write automated/unit tests, troubleshoot and support deployed products, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to backlog grooming, release planning, and proofs-of-concept.

Develop knowledge-management articles, training content, job aids, visual aids, and knowledge checks for adult learners. Collaborate with business stakeholders, manage project deadlines, present learning content to large groups, and help translate complex software information into accessible training materials. The role offers hands-on experience in instructional design, operations, and learning and development.
